A Sibila é um romance de Agustina Bessa-Luís publicado em 1954. O título remete para as figuras clássicas das sibilas, como a Delfos, a mais célebre de todas. No romance, a palavra indica a protagonista, a Quina. Este romance venceu o Prémio Delfim Guimarães e o Prémio Eça de Queiroz.

This is a great book about Quina, who is a wise and cunning ‘sybil’. This celebrated work shows off the author’s unique narrative style, as well as demonstrating the importance of the past, and I would recommend this to anyone around the B1/B2 language level.
