There is a reason that you will only hear great reviews for this novel. It's the first of its kind: a book that talks about the encounter of racism and stereotypes that a Korean family experiences in Japan. If you are interested in East Asian studies and relations, then this is a brilliant piece of literature that you MUST pick up.
